|Regional Development Manager|
|To lead a team of Territory Development Manager’s, ensuring delivery of a range of KPI’s. To deliver agreed sales targets/volumes/revenues and operational customer service related tasks across the range of PayPoint products with the primary objective of business development to both the retailer and PayPoint.
To lead and coach a team of Territory Development Manager’s.
To have an in depth knowledge of your assigned region through your team:
Understanding which retailers we service, which retailer we do not service; and why
Understanding who are the main competitors on assignedRegion
To define, implement and follow through on regional plans to ensure the achievement of all KPIs (Sales & People)
To deliver against defined sales and Live targets
To ensure completion of all operational tasks within the defined timescales and deadlines.
To ensure TDM’s comprehensively plan and prepare for each call, ensuring SMART objectives are set for each outlet each visit with a view of continually developing retailer business and PayPoint presence.
To contribute and participate in NSFM meetings
To help deal with and resolve where possible, any queries and complaints encountered by the field where appropriate.
Ensure strong relationships are developed and maintained with key Stakeholders within PayPoint.
Competently manage your team of TDMs – through coaching, recognition, addressing under performance
Achievement of agreed regional sales targets.
Achievement of “paperwork completion” from Contracts to PPFSE across region
Achievement of all operational tasks in defined time frame across region
Plan/organise and deliver, monthly team meetings
Ensure standard of work, in particular completion of PayPoint contracts and paperwork and quality of training delivered to the retailer is of the highest standard.
Ensure 100% accuracy from TDM’s device’s to record calls made, achievements and other specified information, communicating electronically back to PayPoint on a 24 hour basis.
High personal conduct and appearance to reflect the professionalism of PayPoint Retail Services Field Team
Effective time management.
Delivery of budgets in line with the company objectives.
Area completion of all operational tasks within defined timescales and deadlines
Field accompaniments, monthly 1:1’s and six monthly review/annual appraisal are delivered on time.
