|National Training Manager
Plan, create & communicate Nationwide training calendar.
Responsible for designing and delivering training for:
To conduct regular Training Needs Analysis across retail team, both for the individuals and the team (regional & national) to determine the most relevant, beneficial and cost-effective training methods.
Agree training priorities with National Field Sales Manager.
Assist in the induction of new starters.
Conduct evaluations of training delivered to ensure objective delivered, regular reviews against delivery with remedial action for any improvements as necessary.
Ensure comprehensive training records are kept and maintained in accurate and timely manner.
Stay up to date with and implement training best practices across the field /retail sales industry.
Build positive relationships across the retail sales team & wider business to encourage shared learning.
Attending, presenting, delivering training @ Regional / National meetings monthly.
Experience of training delivery for:
Sales in a Financial / Retail services environment
Experience of delivery across products: e.g
EPOS / Card payments / ATMs.
Demonstrative abilities in delivering training and coaching across different environments, for example classroom, one to one, digital and field based.
Strong planning & communication skills.
Creativity and experience in creating training programmes.
Ability to flex training / coaching delivery methods and styles to suit individual learning preferences.
Full valid driving license, use of car 5 days a week.
UK based (ideally up to 2hours from WGC), ability to travel up to 5 days a week across the UK.
Ability to be based in Welwyn Garden City regularly, typically 1or2 days per week.
