To deliver agreed sales volumes across the range of PayPoint products with the primary objective of business development.
To provide cover in pre-agreed territory’s (as directed by Line Manager) across the North of England - Greater Manchester is a desired location.
 
To cover Territory Development Manager absence & people gaps across the UK.
Deliver to specific territory priorities as directed by line manager.
To deliver against defined live sales targets.
To journey plan effectively, prioritising calls by “opportunity” and / or as directed by your line manager.
To comprehensively plan and prepare for each call, ensuring SMART objectives are set for each outlet each visit with a view of continually developing retailer business and PayPoint penetration.
To follow PayPoint steps of the call procedure, ensuring maximum compliance in all contract completion.
To utilise all sales tools provided and to competently complete all paperwork from start of day through to end of day accurately and within defined timeframes, including both on paper and by using CRM.
To visit all (SU+) leads within agreed lead generation SLAs.
To complete all operational tasks within the defined timescales and deadlines.
To attend, participate in and present at monthly Sales / accompaniment days.
To deal with and resolve where possible, any queries and complaints encountered in the field where appropriate referring issues to your line manager.
To maintain high personal conduct and appearance to reflect the professionalism of PayPoint Retail Services Field Team
 
Proven ability to be planned and prepared
Experience of working and delivering results under pressure
Experience of territory & account management

Competent usage of the CRM system (desirable)
