Take ownership & successfully promote and sell PayPoint SIM's via telephone to all independent retailers within the PayPoint network.
To identify the key decision maker by outlet (independent and Symbol sites) and develop strong sales relationships with agents and to ensure a telephony SIM card selling opportunity is realised in every call.
To deliver against defined sales targets agreed each week, month, quarter and year as may be appropriate.
To deliver action plans prioritising the potential of your customer base to deliver sales.
To develop strong working relationships with all sites and agents to ensure they actively promote PayPoint SIMs and other PayPoint products and services when required.
To complete all operational tasks within the defined timescales and deadlines.
To effectively manage time and prioritise tasks to provide the greatest opportunity to deliver SIM sales whilst providing support to maximise existing business.
To comprehensively plan and prepare for each call, ensuring SMART objectives are set.
To review transactions / business data provided to identify sites/agents for the sale of SIMs.
To utilise all sales tools provided.
To deal with and resolve where possible, any queries and complaints regarding SIM cards and where appropriate referring issues to your Team Leader.
Manage the SIM sales inbox, dealing with requests and queries in a timely fashion.
Assist in gathering market intelligence and information on key competitor offerings.
Providing administrative support for SIM ordering when needed.
Achievement of agreed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Achievement of expected daily call rate in order to achieve the published sales target
Timely completion of all administrative and operational tasks (including retailer email confirmation) with accuracy and diligence.
100% call accuracy
High personal conduct and appearance to reflect the professionalism of PayPoint.
Good time management
Achievement of SIM sales weekly target
Conversion rates of calls to sales achieved against plan
Accuracy of data capturing to include Excel spread sheets, CCUI notes and retailer email confirmation
Completion of all operational and administrative tasks within defined timescales and deadlines to agreed standards
Monthly one-to-one’s and six monthly review and annual appraisal
Meeting deadlines for ad hoc tasks and projects
IT Skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
